I'm big on professionalism. Being on time, being ready, and being able to understand and deliver what the director wants will go a long way, even if you're lacking in other areas.

I love being a judge. It's so interesting to watch people learn how difficult it really is to be a performer, no matter how good they might look or fuck.

I was so emotional on set. The contestants put everything they had into this competition and we had to send all but two of them home. That part wasn't fun, but I promise you it was entertaining.
